In the event of customs delays and the parcel being held in UK, the time until clearance is not counted as part of the delivery timeframe. Should the stipulated timeframe elapse, we recommend contacting the Postal Service to inquire about the reason for the delay. If the Postal Service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with our suppliers. Upon confirming a logistical issue with your order, we will initiate a FULL refund of your purchase immediately following these verification steps. The tracking code for your purchase will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order confirmation.
